About Us:

We are a fast-growing Solar Marketing Agency dedicated to advancing the renewable energy movement through innovative marketing solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to take sales calls from prebooked appointments on your calendar and follow up with leads that have inquired about our marketing services. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships and ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take sales calls from prebooked appointments and convert them into clients.
  • Diligently follow up with leads that have shown interest in our services.
  • Manage client accounts on a daily basis, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to manage accounts effectively and set the right expectations for our clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Report on account status to upper management regularly.
  • Contribute to the team's goals by achieving your targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with a team.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy sector is a plus.

Compensation:

We offer a small base salary along with a competitive commission plan. Recurring commissions are possible for the right candidate.
