Job Description
CC Management Co LLC requires an Accountant to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
investor reports, for both equity and debit providers, on the financial performance of solar assets;
provide variance analysis and briefing investors on findings and any changes to the budgeted
baseline; prepare and ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP;
oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and maintain General Ledgers for
all project companies; oversee annual audit of compliance with financing agreements; and,
Energy Information Agency (EIA) regulatory reporting.
The position is a remote role and candidates can work from any location in the U.S.
The position requires a Master's degree in Accounting and 24 months of experience as an
Accountant. Applicant must also be a Certified Public Accountant; have 2 years of experience
with SOX controls compliance, as well as 2 years of experience with intercompany reconciliations for
intercompany accounts and cost accounting, and balance sheet account reconciliations for
intercompany accounts through the ERP system.
The rate of pay for this position is $132,000 per year.
