The Role:

Do you have Administrative Assistant Experience? The H+H Group is growing and adding to our Team at our Central Support Office. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work as a Operations Specialist. In this role you will assist with managing server key functions including contract requests, and contract reviews. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, adept at mastering software tools and ability to effectively communicate with suppliers.

  • Assess contract requests and take appropriate actions to prepare request for manager review.
  • Perform key tasks in the Contract Review Process, including prepping for eSignature.
  • Analyze contracts and discern relevant needed information, input data into Contract Safe (Contract database).
  • Assist with managing several processes including, associate uniforms, SharePoint sites and RFXs.
  • Assist with supplier correspondence and reviews.
  • Accurately complete factory and credit applications using grid of information. with the ability to safeguard confidential information.
  • Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

About You:

  • Be meticulously detailed and possess a desire for accuracy.
  • Have 1-3 years in Administrative Assistant experience.
  • The ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Be self-organized but flexible.
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Previous automotive dealership titling experience is preferred.
