What you'll do...

• Find homeowners interested in saving money.
• Set appointments going door to door and consult potential customers.
• Manage a specific area and produce leads using a no-pressure approach.
• Inform homeowners of alternative solutions to their energy needs.
• Become an expert in renewable energy.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
• Have fun with incentives, prizes, and regular team building events!

Qualifications...

• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license/Identification card.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bakersfield, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
