• Base pay ranges $16.00 - $18.00 per hour plus $3.00 - $5.00 per hour of tips for Assistant General Managers (depending on experience)

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the operation of the restaurant, with a major focus on leading and developing a team of employees in effectively performing their daily tasks while maintaining high standards for food, service, and health and safety. The incumbent also assists with ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sales and marketing efforts.

• Cash control/Bank deposits
• Food and beverage orders
• Daily over site and completion of checklist
• Must be available to work 40 hours a week
• Assisting GM with interviews
• Weekly inventories
• Assisting with weekly schedules
• Daily over site of food cost and labor percentages
• Food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high quality
• Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of others
• A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
