Our Atlanata, GA service center is immediately hiring a Billing Specialist.

• M-F, No Weekends
• Evaluate the accuracy of freight bill completion
• Assist central billing with daily to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist service centers with daily operational requirements including scanning, 602-pickup manifest system, cash report, and scanner issues
• Monitor Reports daily to ensure the accuracy of scanning and a timely billing finish time
• Provide assistance to revenue accounting with daily needs
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial background
• 2 years of experience in trailer repairs
• LTL industry knowledge and experience preferred
