Overview:

Newtech Dental Laboratories is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art laboratory who has continually served the restorative and cosmetic dental needs of thousands of dental professionals in the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley regions for over 40 years.

Newtech Dental Laboratories is looking for an experienced CAD Dental Designer who is a hardworking, team-players who is good at working with their hands, who also has a keen sense for attention-to-detail and strive for high quality excellence by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Design dental CAD full contour crowns and bridges, implant abutment restorations with 3 Shape and ExoCad.
• Must be able to design anterior with strong attention to detail.
• Communicates effectively in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Maintains ability to read dental prescriptions.
• Reads and understands the doctor’s scripts and how that translates into the materials and shades used during the production process and adjusts.
• Designs digital models and executes dental digital model design and processing.
• Implements digital dental designs and alterations.
• Follows daily schedule and production goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a dental laboratory, with specific experience as a CAD Designer.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the dental laboratory industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
