Utility company in the downtown area seeks reliable Customer Advisor.

Customer Advisor schedule is Monday - Friday 8a - 5p; $14/hr. Possible temp-to-hire for the right fit.

In the role of Customer Advisor, you'll be answering questions regarding services, establishing and terminating services for residential and business customers in person, via phone or email, and retrieving, entering and updating information from computer data bases and web pages.

Must:

• Have at least 2 years of customer service experience on resume; Specifically call center or cashiering.
• Have basic computer skills
• Be able to conduct self in a professional and polite manner
• Be able to analyze situations objectively and make sound recommendations
• Be able to make simple math computations.
• Be able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Be organized and able to multi-task

Clean background and drug screens required, costs covered by employer.
