We are seeking a customer service manager to join our team at our direct-to-consumer company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for working with 3PL's and FedEx or UPS to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service and have a solid understanding of supply chain management.
