$18.75 base pay + $1.00 quality incentive = $19.75 per hour earning potential
+Overtime pay at $28.13 for hours worked over 40 hours.

Ask about what part of town you will be delivering in. Some of the routes are in rough neighborhoods. We have great suburban and rural routes in Lee’s Summit, Raymore, Belton, Peculiar, etc.

Ask which station you will be working from. There are many in the Kansas City area. Ours is the newest (and best)!!! We are dispatch our fleet from the warehouse known as DKS3 @ 10800 Mill Creek Rd, Olathe, KS 66061 It is really in Lenexa, but Apple maps thinks it is Olathe.

• Operate in a fast-paced environment where the safe and swift delivery of packages is critical

• Handle 300+ packages per day.
• Work independently while equipped with all the resources necessary to be successful. Innovative GPS technology, ProMaster vans, and efficient package organization are a few of the tools that allow you to meet both team and personal goals.
• Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Ensure that you can meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license. No CDL required.
• Deliver amazing customer experiences each and every time.
• Be a self-starter who can problem solve and make sound decisions.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout our delivery area.
• Drive and work in varying weather conditions.
• Walk up/downstairs throughout the shift and get in and out of a vehicle.
• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Give consent for a pre-employment screenings
• Most importantly, be RELIABLE! We depend on our drivers each and every day.

Eccles Express provides the following benefits:

• ~10 hour shifts, typically between 10:40 am and 9:10 pm, 4 days per week.
• Minimum Starting Wage *at $18.75 per hour + $1.00 per hour* safety and quality bonus totaling $19.75 per hour
