The Analyst, Mobile Marketing role is primarily responsible for the execution, performance and analysis of the SMS and Push marketing programs for Bath & Body Works. This role will also support the Digital Email &Mobile Manager with floorset/theme and promotional strategy planning for the channels.
Responsibilities
- Support Email & Mobile Manager with floorset/theme planning strategies, including but not limited to seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, testing, and brand initiatives
- Support Email & Mobile Manager with messaging and segmentation strategies for the SMS and Push programs to drive traffic and demand to stores and bathandbodyworks.com while retaining customers and delivering long-term value
- Own channel documentation (wireframes/calendar, trackers, etc.) to ensure messaging plans are accurate and prioritized to support business needs
- Manage all creative asset requests for both channels
- Ingest planned and unplanned business changes and promotional updates; efficiently and effectively modify, with support of Email & Mobile Manager, SMS and Push plans accordingly to maximize overall channel performance and meet shifting needs of the business
- Identify opportunities to maximize performance and lead “test and learn” agenda/calendarization with team and cross-functional partners; support testing initiatives across the business that require either SMS or Push integration
- Serve as lead for reviewing creative routes for seasonal/thematic and daily messaging support; coordinate with marketing peers, creative, and operations partners as necessary on corrections and approvals
- Partner with key internal teams outside of marketing to orchestrate SMS and Push execution, including but not limited to CRM, operations, finance, and site merchandising teams
- Participate in external vendor relationships across status check-ins and coordinate communications required to deploy/ schedule SMS and Push communications
- Lead reporting on channel and campaign performance & partner with Analytics team members as needed to support reporting needs
- Build and deliver projections and associated SMS and Push insights for big day campaigns as required by the business

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience; previous mobile experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Retail/e-commerce experience at a consumer-facing brand preferred
- Understanding of mobile marketing
- Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and agile

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
