Experienced Assurance Associate
CLA, a Top 10 US public accounting firm, is looking to hire an Experienced Assurance Associate to join our Sacramento team.
As an Experienced Assurance Associate, you’ll gain deep industry insight. You’ll be able to sit across the table from a CFO from your industry and speak their language. You will become a true industry consultant.
As an Experienced Assurance Associate, you will:

Perform a wide range of audit and accounting procedures impacting industry-specific issues.

Audit complex areas/transactions as well as prepare financial statements and related reports.

Develop and train team interns to help them build
inspired careers.

Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.

Perform analytical reviews on financial accounts and identify trends.

You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

You have or are eligible to obtain a CPA license.

College graduate or demonstrated success as an entry-level accountant with an exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews.

Compensation Strategy
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. The California posting range for this role is $57,000 - $90,000
