We currently offer a transcribe program to reduce paperwork and increase your personal time after 5. We also offer an extensive field precepting program that includes IV training and a hands-on wound care program.

Del Cielo Home Care Services has provided patients with quality home healthcare including provider services, diabetes education, rehabilitation services, wound care, nutritional services, and infusion therapy. We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team.

Responsibilities and duties of the Registered Nurses (RN)

• The Registered Nurse will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• RNs will effectively interact with patients, significant others and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Education and Experience of the Registered Nurses (RN)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Previous experience in Home Health or Kinnser Software, preferred (but not required)

Qualifications of the Registered Nurses (RN)

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in the TX
• CPR
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Ability to explain treatments and conditions
• Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations

Travel of the Registered Nurses (RN)

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area. Employee will be required to work field schedule and be responsible for own transportation.
