Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter/HR Director to help grow our business! Visiting Angels has a 18 year strong reputation in the Stark County, Uniontown and Green, Ohio service area as the home care agency of choice.

A seasoned recruiter would be able to describe their strong skills in the area of:

Leadership.
Communication.
Active selection of employees.
Employee development and advancement.
Employee retention.

Human Resource skills expected included:

Hiring.
Onboarding.
Disciplinary actions.
Maintaining employee files.
Maintaining employee benefits.
Detailed and organized daily structure.
Know the Policy Manual and be able to apply.

Requirements:

You must live in the Stark County, Ohio area.
Excellent skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. *Excel is not data entry. If you cannot create basic formulas; add, subtract, divide, multiply, averages, total a column/row you do not know Excel.
You must own your auto and insurance.
You must have a good work history with verifiable references.
You must have 5 years of experience in the recruitment/Human Resources area with verifiable references.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business.
Non-smokers only apply.

This position requires the carrying of the after-hours phone on a rotation. One evening a week and every 4th weekend. Holiday weekends are also rotated.
