Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Landscape Architect with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, capable of handling ambiguity with a high tolerance for change, and exhibit traits of integrity, perseverance, intelligence, organization, loyalty, gumption, and vulnerability. The candidate must have a passion for landscape architecture and be willing to do whatever it takes to complete a project fully.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and clients to design and manage landscape projects from concept to completion
• Prepare site analysis, conceptual designs, and construction documents
• Prepare detailed plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other software
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, analyze site conditions, and provide recommendations for landscape improvements
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met
• Adapt to a changing workflow and project demands
• Support the implementation of sustainable design principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• 1 to 4 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
