Job Description
In this role, you will complete the maintenance operations for residential and commercial properties. This may include conducting routine maintenance checks, responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records, communicating with tenants or employees, developing maintenance plans and schedules, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with regulations, complying with building codes and zoning regulations.

Technical Skills
- Technology proficiency: Maintenance technicians should be proficient in using technology, including property management software, email, and other communication tools.
- Legal and regulatory compliance: knowledge of laws and regulations related to property maintenance, such as building codes.
- Knowledge of maintenance techniques and best practices: A maintenance technician should have a strong understanding of maintenance techniques and best practices for a variety of systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of safety regulations and codes: A maintenance technician should have a deep understanding of safety regulations and codes, and be able to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Technical troubleshooting skills: A maintenance technician should have strong technical troubleshooting skills in order to diagnose and solve maintenance problems quickly and effectively.
