What will you be doing: Assistant to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

• Reviews all policies and procedures within the assigned department.
• May be assigned special projects as needed.
• Assists with filing and copying as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze and summarize marketing data.
• Compile relevant information and develop long-term marketing plans.
• Proactively identify ways to improve operations.
• Participate in company seminars and events.

Education/Experience:

• College student internship as part of education program or High School diploma or GED required; some Bachelor’s degree coursework.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to communicate with management and employees.
• Ability to organize information to avoid missing details.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use office tools including computers for word processing, email and spreadsheet software.
