DORN Companies, leading the country in wellness-based pain management and injury prevention is looking for an Independent Subcontractor to provide on-site services in support of employee wellness. Our primary goal is to help reduce pain and discomfort as well as risk of injury in the workplace.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced independent contractor office ergonomist (3-5 years’ experience) who could support our client 2-3 times per month from 1-4 hours each visit in the Val Verde, CA area.

Reports to: DORN CEO

Duties include:

• Conduct onsite office ergonomic assessments,
• Develop report within 10 business days following DORN’s Office Ergonomic Template
• Teach self-care techniques and exercises
• Maintain professional relationship with Client contact to support achievement of expanding business for DORN
• For follow up visits ensure recommendations on changes, equipment etc have been implemented
• Utilize client equipment for simple modifications (mouse, keyboard etc)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Certified in Office Ergonomics
• Holds liability insurance

Pay

• $200 for full, first-time assessment and report
• $100 for follow up visit and summary report

All successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and must adhere to company’s ethics policies.
