About the Job
The Product Manager role is a key leadership opportunity that is primarily responsible for identifying service solutions for the equipment quality assurance business, and implementing solutions worldwide with the support of the Global Commercial Organization. The ideal candidate will focus on improvements to the current product offerings through collaboration with various functions including R&D, Service, Operations, and Sales. This role is part of a distributed team that is passionate about understating customers and their challenges.
Responsibilities
Analyze trends with current portfolio (financial performance, market/regulatory requirements) to identify solutions that needs to be developed, repositioned, or removed from the portfolio
Enable other marketing staff to successfully develop and launch marketing campaigns for new products, being a strategic thought partner for key stakeholders through the ideation to delivery of solutions
Deliver creative ideas and innovative solutions by proactively seeking out and/or welcoming input from others, taking risks while managing deliverables
Ensure frequent communication with key customers to continuously gather VOC
Identify opportunities to collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Commercial Marketing, R&D, and executive leadership to ensure all parties are aligned on relevant decisions & timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
3+ years of marketing and/or product management experience within a B2B, technical environment
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through commercialization of products
Experience working within B2B environments with exposure to large-scale projects and cross-functional involvement in a variety of areas
Qualitative and quantitative market research skills
Strong presentation skill to a wide range of audiences including corporate executives, customers, and partners
Validated experience in leading ambitious product planning strategies applying Voice of the Customer (VOC) to identify growth opportunities for the company.
Ability to travel 25% of time, domestic and international

National: The salary range for this position is $77,600- $144,000
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
