Program Manager supporting the UTIAMD THAAD Development Director and Weapon System Senior Program Manager, responsible for THAAD Development contracts that span multiple Components
- Provide consistent Contract Execution processes, program controls and integration across all UTIAMD THAAD Development contracts (domestic and international)
- Oversee EVM, Contract Communications, Materials, CDRLs, GFX, Subcontractors
- Lead Development transition to execution, from acquisition to initial EVM baselining
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer interaction and familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
- Demonstrated Program Management and leadership skills
- Understanding and experience with Earned Value Management
- Leadership skills and experience leading employees to perform productively and develop relationships in a multi-functional team environment
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with THAAD Customer, THAAD Project Office (TPO) and past experience supporting Missile Defense programs
- Ability to drive closure and resolve complex programmatic issues
- Demonstrated customer orientation by learning and understanding customer's mission, needs and perspectives
- Ability to manage, mentor, train and empower a team in technical and leadership development
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $142,100 - $267,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
