Job Summary
ArborScape Inc. is the area’s premier landscape construction, tree service, and trail building, and excavation company. We are currently hiring a full-time Project Manager for our professional Landscape Teams. This individual ensures that projects are completed according to plan, on time, and within budget. The project manager is the companies eyes and ears on the project sites, leading and managing team members, coordinating with the office, vendors, and landscape architects, and ensuring safety. We are looking for team players who enjoy the outdoors, working in the green industry, and are eager to learn. Our goal is to put together great people with a great team.
Type of Work
This position requires an individual with excellent knowledge in the landscape construction industry as it pertains to labor, equipment and materials, and procedures for completing the jobs assigned using approved methods. This individual must have strong leadership skills, interpersonal, and communication skills. The project manager must be able to motivate, train, and supervise employees and subcontractors, delegate responsibilities, evaluate performances, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Manage landscape crews through various tasks, often requiring complex problem solving
· Track time and material on jobs

· Strategic planning and administration of policies and procedures
· Regularly leads projects of critical importance
· Excellent communication and leadership

Qualification & Skills
Relevant or transferable experience is desired but not required for this position - we like to train motivated, curious, hard-working folks with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Additional skills: landscape design, blueprint analysis, masonry, heavy-equipment operation, trailering, CDL, and Plants Applicator’s license.
