Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Conduct private apartment tours with clients (virtual if requested)
• Keep clients informed throughout the leasing process
• Ensure necessary documents are submitted
• Host open houses
• Attend agent meetings

Qualifications

• Active NY State Real Estate Salesperson, Associate Broker License or in the process of obtaining
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the New York City rental market
• Organized and strong follow up skills
• Customer first mentality
• Self motivated
• Tech savvy
