Evolved Property Group is a leading real estate investment company that specializes in purchasing distressed properties. We are seeking a highly motivated closers to join our team.

Through our marketing we generate a considerable volume of leads that owe too much on their property and can’t sell to us or do a traditional sale, as a short sale specialist this is where you come in. You will get all of the short sale leads from the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with your team to close as many of the short sale leads as possible. The team is working day in and day out to produce off market seller opportunities, and it all comes down to you and your expertise to close the short sales.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up, consult with, and educate potential sellers about the short sale process
- Have extensive experience in comping/analyzing properties

- Assist the team in running comps, checking balances, and qualifying sellers to set up short sale appointment for you

- You should know the short sale process like the back of your hand and be able to do it with your eyes closed

- Meet with sellers in person or via phone on scheduled appointments to discuss the details of their short sale and get the paperwork signed
- Build trust with leads by demonstrating your local market knowledge, short sale experience, and ability to get their property sold with confidence.
- Turn appointments into signed listings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED, EXTENSIVE SHORT SALE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Compensation:

You get ALL of the short sale leads from the office. You will be the only agent doing short sales in the office. After some tenure there is an option to transition this into a salary position, but this role will start as strictly commission with a 60/40 split to you. No monthly or annual fees, just free short sale leads with huge potential to grow.

This is a 100% commission-based position with significant earning potential.

You will be acting as an independent contractor real estate agent and hang your license at our brokerage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
