Visiting Angels is offering a full-time opportunity to work on its recruiting team.

The position involves:

• Reviewing applications and resumes from online job boards
• Scheduling and conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Working as a team with intake and scheduling to hire a sufficient number of personal care attendants and CNAs, based on established criteria
• Conducting reference checks, orientations, entering employee information, assembling new employee files, and miscellaneous office tasks
• Rotating on-call with other members of the team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-5p and on-call (rotating)

Supplemental pay potential: On-Call stipends, overtime, team bonuses

Experience: 1 year healthcare scheduling experience preferred
