If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinic team in Cookeville, TN! MHC is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) committed to providing high quality, safe services for our consumers and the communities we serve. You’ll provide and coordinate consumer care, educate consumers about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to consumers and their family. You will be a liaison for consumers between medical staff, care managers, and medical community. The schedule for this position will be Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p.

To join our team, you’ll need:

• A collaborative spirit working with consumers and medical professionals to establish, coordinate, and implement care delivery
• Understanding to leverage nursing process to evaluate consumer’s progress towards goals and apply appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes
• Nursing evaluation and assessment skills and communicate as needed with current Primary Care Physician for medical and treatment needs
• Clinical experience developing and implementing treatment plans
• Willingness to work with children and youth
• Valid Tennessee RN License, Phlebotomy skills and ability to give injections
