Leading Fast Food Franchise Opportunity

Cheesesteaks Venture LLC is looking for an operating partner.

Qualifications:

• Humble: willing to learn and be trained
• Hungry: willing to make a financially strong venture
• People-person: excellent communication and customer service skills
• Skilled: know how to manage and lead including staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
• Experienced: 3+ years of fast-food restaurant management and leadership experiences

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operating the store
• Hire and train staff, motivate staff, and build an excellent team
• Coordinate work and schedules
• Oversee inventory order, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building
• Keep a record of income and expenses
• Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
