ActionLink connects people with the brands they love. Our team of specialty field electronic reps visit major box stores to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft(r), Samsung(r), Bose(r), among many others.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• 10 - 20 hours per week
• Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays (Although Monday - Wednesday is preferred) as early as 7 AM
• Visits are conducted in a 30 mile radius of Greenfield, WI
• Rep will also need to cover Delafield and Brookfield
• Best Buy is the center of the territory radius

PAY & BENEFITS:

Pay Rate is $17 - $18 per hour. This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store task being done:

• $17.00 / hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.
• $18.00 / hourfor Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.
• Paid Training, Drive Time, and Mileage
• W2 Employment with Biweekly Pay
• Eligible for a paid time off accrual plan

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Previous 3PL Experience
• Strong detail-orientation to follow sets of written instructions and display diagrams
• Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee
• Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations
• Must be able to travel outside of the 30 Mile Radius if business needs warrant
• Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, and smart phone or tablet with Wi-Fi/GPS
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access to a laptop/Desktop computer
• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
