Responsibilities

• Answering phone lines and properly relaying message.
• Create FedEx and UPS labels and make sure they arrive on time, notify reps of any delays.
• Create and maintain export documents
• Invoicing
• Mail out Phyto’s and maintain spreadsheet
• Keep up customer mailing list
• Work directly with accounts payable
• Purchase matching
• Run payables aging report (Monday).
• Check request forms

• Check runs
• Request and review statements and checking open payables

• Marketing materials (preparing events/creating documents)
• Assist all associates and reps in other functions as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
