Character of Position

As a Sales Development Representative you will be a part of a team to help bring in new opportunities for our sales department. Work closely, and communicate clearly with our sales team to bring these new opportunities to the stage of the sales cycle.


Responsibilities

  • Use our existing tools to get more opportunities to the SQL stage of the sales cycle
  • Use TDF to manage leads and once the leads get to SQL it may be passed to Product Manager or sales team member
  • Make "Cold Calls" via phone or email to potential prospects
  • Put together quotes (with assistance from PM or CSR if needed)
  • Communicate directly with the customer
  • Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers
  • Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Multi-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Education

  • High School Diploma

Experience

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including proficiency in computer applications such as email and Internet navigation
