Description:

Our customer is adding two additional modules and making enhancements to their SuccessFactors instance and is in need of a Business Analyst to assist with the project. The right candidate will be a true BA who has 2+ years working as a BA on a SuccessFactors project. They are NOT looking for a developer or for a functional analyst to configure SuccessFactors. They have an internal IT team and a partner company who will perform configuration and development.

The client prefers someone in Colorado so he/she can work onsite more often, though an out of state candidate is acceptable.

4) Testing/QA experience is highly desirable.

In the role of Business Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary project team to plan, design, develop and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. Knowledge of methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems are essential.

Education/Experience

• 8+ years in the IT industry with experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience building strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders
• SAP experience is desirable
• CBAP certification is an strong plus
• Experience with SuccessFactors is required

Extensive knowledge and experience in requirement elicitation methods and business process workflows to document requirements

• Eliciting clear business requirements and evaluating scope considering desired outcomes
• Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery capabilities
• Prepare for and lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze and document current state systems & processes and develop requirements for future state systems & processes
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high demand environment with project deadlines
