Description:
Our customer is adding two additional modules and making enhancements to their SuccessFactors instance and is in need of a Business Analyst to assist with the project. The right candidate will be a true BA who has 2+ years working as a BA on a SuccessFactors project. They are NOT looking for a developer or for a functional analyst to configure SuccessFactors. They have an internal IT team and a partner company who will perform configuration and development.
The client prefers someone in Colorado so he/she can work onsite more often, though an out of state candidate is acceptable.
Required Skills:
1) Strong experience with eliciting requirements
2) Excellent documenation skills
3) Outstanding communcation skills
4) Testing/QA experience is highly desirable.
