As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing top-notch service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. You will take orders, offer menu recommendations, serve food and beverages, and provide knowledgeable and friendly service. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, provide personalized recommendations, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere will make you a key member of our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, providing exceptional hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide menu recommendations and offer suggestions for food and drink pairings.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and special requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience, preferably as a server/waiter/waitress
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable standing on feet for extended periods of time.
