In the role of Systems Administrator, you will assist, inform and alert as related to IT systems in their scope and manage directly all or a part of the a project. This position contributes to our vision by:

Administration
 Responsible for the patching of system components (Windows and Linux);
 Supports the Level 2 and Level 3 team members on activities related to BUILD and RUN topics;
 Has global vision of information systems and good knowledge of the company processes;
 Follow and adhere to rules for using the necessary tools, in accordance with company standards;
 Documents, promotes and monitors applications and helps to resolve problems where possible;
 Manages and maintains basic aspects of the technical infrastructures, (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, etc.)
 Monitors resources (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, etc..).

Installation and Testing
 Helps with the physical Installation of the active part of the connections (ESX, servers, storages) and system software;
 Respects the installation, connection ... procedures for hardware and software;
 Performs tests of systems and equipments as defined;

Monitoring
 Understand the impacts on production;
 Alerts the other team members of issues related to alerts in the monitoring and resolves them when possible

Technical Referent
 Supports the L2 and L3 team members related needs associated with 
Stays familiar with infrastructure developments (new hardware, software version, sourcing strategy);
 Stays familiar with changes in the services offered to businesses and internal customers;
 Stays familiar with new services and new features added to the service catalog;
