Job Description

To provide Clipper sellers with prospecting leads and pre-sale administrative support in order to facilitate additional selling time, thereby driving incremental sales revenue for Clipper.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Compile prospect lists - 20%
  • Request spec ads – 10%
  • Assemble sales presentations in CLIP – 10%
  • Create Salesforce email campaigns – 10%
  • Strategize with Sales Reps on email opens, using a variety of approaches to keep leads in the sales pipeline– 10%
  • Create zip code matches in DeSoto/mapping for OPP/SAVE/SDM – 10%
  • Data entry in Salesforce (entering accounts, updating opportunities, etc.) - 5%
  • Locate sample ads for proposals – 5%
  • Run Reports and create schedules- 5%
  • Assist in executing insertion orders - 5%
  • Prepare proposals under the direction of Multimedia Consultant - 5%
  • Function as liaison between sales executive and internal departments as needed – 5%

Education & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software

Experience / Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written including Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must have a reliable cell phone and either a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Ability to interact with Multimedia Representative(s), Consultant(s), internal departments and customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in order to help ensure Multimedia Representatives(s), Consultant(s) meet deadlines and sales quotas/goals.

Communication & Contacts (Internal/External):

Will communicate regularly with sales team, office personnel and occasionally with prospective/active clients. Communication will be verbal and written through phone, video conferencing and email.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

Office or Home Office environment.
