Job Description

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST to join our Elite Team at MR. FIX-IT™, a leader in the multi-billion-dollar home improvement industry for over 52 years. We are growing and we need people who are looking to grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess the drive to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment. Call center representatives convert both inbound and outbound calls into in-home sales appointments for our project specialist. Work in a fun and friendly team environment where we learn from each other and have friendly competitions with contests and prizes for reaching goals.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our brand and company in a positive professional manner.
• Sell the value of an in-home consultation by using our proven methodology.
• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound interested prospects from our advertising and data base into appointments for our project specialist.
• Keep records of calls, sales, and record useful information using the CRM tool.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services provided.
• Continued coaching and training as needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, and other expectations.

Skills:

• Proven work experience in inside sales, outbound call center and/or sales positions preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Results oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Customer centric approach.
• Active listener with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM's.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Weekend availability.
• Positive enthusiastic attitude.
• Available to work 11am-8pm 4 weekdays and rotating weekend days 10am-7pm.
• This position reports to our Ashland office and is not remote.
• Reliable transportation.
