As the Associate Commercial Real Estate Business Manager, you will help lead the business strategy and growth, manage business risks and optimize business performance and planning. You will report to the Business Manager for Commercial Real Estate Treasury Services.

Job responsibilities
  • Launch business strategy, working with product and sales executives
  • Lead Commercial Real Estate and Treasury Services-wide initiatives to execute the business strategy
  • Produce business cases for new products, markets, or client segments
  • Prepare for business reviews with Treasury Services, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Bank executives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including the ability to take a concept and produce slides that convey the message in an aesthetically simple manner suitable for executive management consumption
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Excellent influence skills, including ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects, and build and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
