IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED!!!!!

General Summary

Oversee all onsite construction activity including managing subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget for a family owned General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onsite construction including daily interaction with subcontractors, vendors, and building inspectors
• Schedule all subcontractors and vendors throughout project duration
• Direct daily communication with Project Coordinator and Project Manager on project
• Assure safety and compliance on the project
• Facilitate all weekly project coordination meetings
• Maintain as-built documents
• Deliver project on-time and within budget

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in construction related field/equivalent experience preferred
• (5) years construction experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Experienced in critical path scheduling
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per year
