Overview:
Responsible for assisting Clinical Manager to plan daily staffing of field personnel, assignment of new referrals and communications of referral information to field staff, obtain clinician caseload volume daily and weekly to help Clinical Manager and Triage/Intake RN determine referral capacity, assist Clinical Manager with clerical duties such as staff scheduling for PTO and meeting availability, laptop assignments, and clinician supplies.
Qualifications:
Education: HS Diploma required.
Experience: One year clinical experience.
Certifications: CPR
Other: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of office machines required. Good computer skills and use of Excel, Word.
Preferred Education: Graduate of accredited LPN program
Preferred Licensure: Current LPN Licensure in State of Oklahoma
Preferred Experience: Home Care and/or scheduling experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Other: Proficient in computer skills
