I CARE HOSPICE, INC. is a small business servicing Inland Empire and San Diego CA. We are professional, agile and supportive. We are looking to provide service for both Inland Empire and San Diego surrounding areas.

A Hospice Nurse is required for a position in our outpatient hospice care program. The hospice nurse candidate should have an interest in palliative and hospice care and will be responsible for conducting physical examinations and assessments, administering medications, and developing rehabilitation plans and discharge instructions. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Explain the purpose of hospice care.
• Provide patient care and support to terminally ill patients and their families.
• Provide hospice care for the entire family, including dying patient and family members, children, siblings, parents, etc., if needed.
• Be supportive of patient and family needs and respectful of their values.,Follow physician's orders regarding patient care.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour

• RN (Required)
