Overview: Lead Project Manager (PMP)
Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements Assessing skills and identifying training needs of project team Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing documentation, training, warm handoff and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position can be done Remote (work from home).
Qualifications:
- Experience: Twelve years of relevant technical, business or clinical work experience.
- Required Education: Bachelors degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
- Other: Licensure: PMP certification required
- Experience with Agile as well as clinical, technology or patient care environment experience.Preferred QualificationsEducation:Masters in Health Care/Administration or Project ManagementLicensure:CSM or PgMP
