Overview:
Our Seattle office is looking for a primarily office-based Marketing Coordinator with 4+ years of A/E/C experience to join our regional marketing team.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project managers to establish specific marketing strategies on local, regional, and/or national strategic pursuits
  • Research business opportunities and assist in strategy development.
  • Lead strategy and proposal/interview prep meetings with engineering/planning professionals and project teams
  • Lead the preparation and production of marketing materials including coordination, formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading for proposals, statements of qualifications, and related materials
  • Develop strong messaging, separators, and themes for marketing materials
  • Coordinate and partner with graphic designers to produce marketing pieces
  • Coordinate special projects/events, including regional conferences
  • Manage multiple concurrent time sensitive deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
  • 4+ years of A/E/C industry experience
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours
  • Willingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needs
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicator
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proactive
  • Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
  • Strong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information

Salary Range:

$67,000 - $91,000
