Job Description

We are a large Senior Living and Skilled Nursing Company looking for a full-time Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in Huntley, IL. We provide several levels of care and senior living on a beautifully landscaped 15-acre campus. The campus includes Short-Term Rehabilitation, Memory Care (short-term and longer-term care with assisted living services) and Independent Senior Living.
JOB SUMMARY
  • The Administrator has the full responsibility and authority for the internal operation of the facility.
  • The Administrator must operate the facility according to all Facility policy and procedures, and State and Federal Regulations.
  • This shall include overall accountability for driving the business to successful outcomes both clinically and fiscally.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s License and/or Administrators temporary license.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Long Term care practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.
