About the Role
Braven is entering into a new phase of exponential growth and an exciting opportunity to concretely advance the economic mobility of 80,000-100,000 Fellows in the near future. To that end, Braven is hiring a Program Manager, Accelerator - BravenX (PMA) to run our leadership and development course, the Braven Accelerator. The PMA is a masterful programmatic operator responsible for running the course for our Fellows in order to increase their likelihood of graduating college with a strong first job or getting into graduate school. The PMA will be responsible for facilitating and managing the experience of hundreds of college students (typically Sophomores) as they complete the course. You’ll also support a caseload of teaching assistants and part-time student interns.
This role is on the BravenX team and reports directly to the Managing Director, Chicago.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $49,000 - $61,200 for Atlanta, $51,500 - $64,400 for Chicago, and $55,700 - $69,600 for New York or Newark. Braven offers competitive base salaries based on the midpoint of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously. Given our commitment to equity, Braven does not negotiate salary offers; instead each salary offer is determined carefully using external and internal benchmarking. Location
We gather in the office two to three days a week. Therefore, we require teammates to live within commuting distance of one of our hubs: Atlanta, Chicago, Newark, or New York City. Each teammate can use at least two flex days per week of their choosing to work remotely. We believe in the magic, connection, and collaboration that happens when people work together face-to-face and we believe in giving people flexibility to focus, balance personal priorities, and save themselves two commutes per week.

50% Gross base Salary + 50% commissions based on qualified appointments set ($250/Qualified appointment),. ~$60,000 -$80,000 per year-Potential to earn 80-100k
You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Ability to perform or coach / assist appliance electrical, flooring, carpentry work and other handyman work. Director of Business Development / General Manager.
Coach, motivate, manage, mentor and develop interior designers within the Studio based on each person's function and individual needs.
Work environment is typically considered in an office environment located on-site, within a Smiths location during normal or extended business hours.
