Position Summary:

Bio-Techne Denver is looking for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for daily product receiving duties, inventory cycle counts and organization of receipt documentation. The position will be best suited for someone who is detail oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to jump in no matter where they are needed. This position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs daily receiving activities accurately
• Ensure that items ordered are matched to packing lists and purchase order information listed in ERP system.
• Stock products according to temperature requirements
• Works closely with procurement and sourcing on receiving discrepancies
• Ensures that all documentation is properly organized and copied electronically daily
• Assists with tasks related to printing documents, restocking shelves, and delivering items to the requesting departments in a timely manner
• Conducts weekly product cycle counting as assigned
• Miscellaneous warehouse upkeep as assigned
• Additional projects will be assigned as applicable. This position will require someone who is flexible, eager to learn and willing to take on greater responsibility.

Education and Experience:

• Required high school diploma. Additional education and experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize all projects
• Shipping and Receiving experience a plus.
• Must be comfortable using a computer, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Track record of working on projects and teams that require attention to detail and process improvement/optimization
• Must be able to work in freezer conditions (-20 Celsius).
