Position: Part-Time Sales Associate

KESTAN is bringing a fresh perspective on modern femininity and effortless dressing with a wide array of apparel, jewelry and accessories.

As a part-time sales associate at KESTAN, you’ll be helping women express their personal style and self-confidence through authentic and enthusiastic customer service. Your goal is to engage with customers and share product knowledge, brand awareness, and styling assistance.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Drive and maintain sales goals via styling, relationship building, and excellent customer service
• Understanding of our loyalty program and assisting customers with signups
• Be a strong and authentic brand ambassador via knowledge of products, company history, and company ethos
• Must wear KESTAN products (provided via complimentary credit)

Customer Care

• Deliver excellent customer service by warmly greeting every customer and helping their styling needs
• Create a positive store atmosphere via friendly and enthusiastic customer interactions
• Handling customer needs (i.e. returns, exchanges, etc.) in a positive and results driven manner
• Offer a tailored customer experience based on their individual needs and your product/styling knowledge

Operational Excellence

• Create an inviting store environment via maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, product replenishment, and visual standards
• May be responsible for opening and closing procedures

• Have experience in customer service or sales oriented jobs
• Are goal oriented and love achieving sales goals and targets
• Have flexibility to work evenings weekends, and holidays if needed
• Are a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with an eye for style

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
