Job Description

Our Customer is a global investment management firm focusing on active fixed-income management. They manage investments and develop solutions across the full spectrum of asset classes, strategies, and vehicles including fixed income, equities, commodities, asset allocation, ETFs, hedge funds, and private equity.
We are seeking a Workday Analyst on a contract basis to support our customer's business needs. This role will be responsible for supporting the Benefits Team with build and configurations solutions to elevate the Workday system.

What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of benefits configuration, testing, and deployment
Manage benefits enrollment events
Provide support for stakeholder inquiries
Monitor integrations and configure security
Develop and support functional reports
Collaborate with the Total Rewards Team and HR Business Partners to configure business processes and notifications according to specific requirements
Act as an advanced subject matter expert and offer consulting services to internal stakeholders on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) best practices
Utilize analytical and technical skills to translate and analyze business needs into requirements
Drive projects, configure and test the system, and deliver effective results
Ensure that integrations are functioning as expected and create/run Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) as necessary
Use audit scripts and other controls to document internal processes and procedures to ensure system data integrity
Ensure data completeness and accuracy to instill confidence in downstream reporting mechanisms and dashboards
Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and defects

Must Haves:
5 years of experience in HR technology in a fast-paced, global environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions
Leverage project management and change management best practices
Functional configuration expertise in Workday benefits and subject matter experience in both US and international benefits
Functional knowledge of Workday compensation/advanced compensation would be an added advantage
Functional knowledge of general HCM data management
Technical knowledge of EIB data loads and data delivery, and experience with standard testing procedures
A background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields is preferred
Experience developing and supporting complex eligibility, validation, and condition rules, would be highly desirable

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be onsite at our Customer’s New York, NY location. There is no remote capability for this role
Please Note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into our offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.

The salary range for this position is $50.71 - $60.71 per hour.
